There is a lot of training and availability to work remote. Some Great people if in the right group.

Cons

They never pay you on time or correctly. They never give salary increases for promotions or moves to more prominent roles.

Lack of help in between Lobs Too many unusefull processes Adminitrative tasks too important Impossible to get salary raise. You keep the same salary you started with
