      Products, salary and the hybrid work setup

      Cons

      Very bad management, way too much theory and too little action. Toxic work environment. Internal competition because of same KPI's across teams makes success very hard. I have never worked in a company with so many colleagues on sick leave because of pressure and micromanagement. Absolutely not recommended.
