      Work from home half of the time

      Cons

      Most Seniors just want to find someone to off-load completely instead of coaching or guiding. Inexperienced leaders with no implementation experience handling projects. Lots of “tricking and manipulation to plucking people in and out of a project half way”, “Transferring/TaiChi of own responsibilities”, “Arrowing and Blaming after things go south”, “If you don’t do extra or take up seniors work means you are not proactive” situations.

      Pros

      Able to work from home and do not require to go to the office except for client meetings.

      Cons

      Manual process, zero knowledge shared across, no transparency. Different standards across regions, no proper standards, everyone has their own way of doing things.
