Friendly, talented colleagues. Everyone is willing to help out when needed. Oracle offers just so many opportunities to learn and grow if you take the initiative and seek them out. Benefits are excellent. The organization encourages wellness and self-care through a wide variety of mediums.

Cons

Static earnings- Oracle rarely, if ever, gives raises or cost-of-living adjustments.

Remote work meaningful work good entry level experience

Cons

pay - new hires get hired on more than tenured employees and tenured employees are asked to train new hires This builds a culture of frustration and resentment. Management is fully aware of this issue, acknowledges it, but no one in the management org has championed change.
