benefits are very good and nice

Cons

no raise, new hired get paid more than veterans. Qend can be tiresome. no growth.

Pros

Excellent benefits. Vision insurance in particular is top notch. Some managers are great at their jobs, if you're fortunate to be on their team. The work/life balance is also nice if you're not in a DM role.

Cons

Pay is average when you start and insulting as time goes on. Negotiate as much as you can when getting hired on because you won't see too much beyond that. There are no cost of living increases, no bonuses, no work from home stipend.

Fixed salary. No hopes to get a raise unless you could change to another position.
