Good benefits Depending on position you can make a lot of money. You can gain experience. It is a very large company with a global reputation

Cons

Customers will hate you because you work at Oracle. Internal systems and processes are archaic, slow, and difficult to use. Extremely bureaucratic company structure. Very difficult to get anything done. Micro-management is common. The main thing is that Oracle has terrible work culture. This company is the very cliche of a soulless corporation that only worries about satisfying its shareholders and nothing else.
