Not too strict on having phone out/lunch period time as long as you handle your work

Cons

Crazy hours without pay. They'll have you check in on a Saturday at 9, 11, 1, 3 and 5 for instance but only pay for 5 hrs even tho you can't do much around those times. They'll also tell you last minutes to log in at 10pm during Q end. It's also a lot of recent college graduates due to low retention so very immature environment. They don't do annual cost of living raises. Worked there 5 years not a penny raise.
