Great growth in both Finance and Contract management Many opportunities for horizontal and vertical development within the company International work with local offices across the world Management is understanding and flexibile with personal needs and time Decent benefits and many corporate collaboration and offers

Cons

Dealing with undertrained and overworked sales teams. High stress and long hours Extreme accountability on individual employees Gaps between training and actual work Regularly have to adhere to mandatory paid overtime schedules Raises are very difficult to come by, even with promotions.
