Pay raises are scarce. If it happens it's a cost of living increase of $1,000 a year. Would be nice if instead of Senior Management buying islands or receiving $10 million bonuses, we could see some of that too afford putting tags on my car.
No training; after 3 years, the only training has been from coworkers. No official training, no certifications.
People promoted to manager do not get a raise year 1.
