This is the best benefits package I've ever been provided, it's a good thing too otherwise I might have already left.

Cons

No annual raises, no annual bonus, politics are a mess... I regularly receive emails that my business unit consistently exceeds revenue goals, yet no one on my team has been given a raise since Oracle acquired us. Whenever we ask during an all hands meeting, higher ups tend to brush it off and say "Oracle provides raises 100% based on merit". To me this means that if you're not getting a raise, it's your own fault. I have a hard time believing that no one on the entire ops team hasn't been deserving of a raise... I guess the only way to make more money is to leave.

- Good Salary - Good benefits (** in cons) - Strong focus on education

Cons

- A lot of Issues in work life balance - No Hike, No Bonus, Local Regional Politics.The German managers always trying to cut more from your benefits. - Their culture is good in papers but not happening in real life - Sometimes you feel isolated from the team. They do not offer office related benefits snacks etc like other companies. - A lot of spread information and you need to perform everything by your self. No attention is given to you at all. - If you are a foreign colleague working for the German department is not good. Every information is coming in German and it is hard to understand.
