They will RIF your entire business organization at the drop of a hat if they determine that they can make more money using the data servers for AI support over how much profit your entire advertising organization makes. I mean, its a legitimate business analysis, but it's cold. Oh, and the CEO will announce the ending of the entire Advertising Org in a quarterly shareholders meeting as an offhand remark BEFORE she discusses it with Oracle HR, and they put a plan together to inform the employees.
