Pros
Paid well, and reliably. In the beginning, left contracting to work on the Oracle/MySQL business. It was a good move and worth it in the end.
Cons
There was a new manager that and I was I was assigned, who was trying to make a name for themself. My relationship with them might could have started better, but the sequence of events went downhill instead. I believe it didn't have to go that way, but that's how went. I no longer work there.
