Pros
1) Work Life Balance. 2) Work depends on you, atleast in prod development. If you work good, growth is good, else no one force you hard and you also should not have much expectations for career growth. 3) Good people to work with. Mix of long timers and new fresh enthusiastic developers.
Cons
1) After some time you will start feeling like doing monotonus work. 2) Doesn't change work, product, tech etc very early. 3) Now because of huge emp strength, regular benefits are less.
