      - Too large to care - Profit, Profit, Profit - Disjointed teams - Poor internal communication - Skills don't translate - Many customers would rather not use Oracle - Raises are rare - Non-existent career development - Little advancement opportunity - Little to no performance feedback from management; annual reviews are useless. - Zero incentive to increase performance.
