Clean safe working environment. Benefits are good and working hours are flexible. First and second level management is outstanding in spite of the obstacles from senior management.

Cons

Compared to the "old" HP (before Carly) and Sun Mircrosystems, Oracle comes in a distant third. Oracle chooses to run their hardware business like their software business.
