      Pros

      Worked for Oracle Server Technology . Good opportunity to learn , good brand name , have good work culture, though work from home is not encouraged.. one can have it often( not very often) with managers approval.

      Cons

      Not many.. have to keep management keep updating about job accomplished, other wise you may not get the due. crying baby gets the milk first kind of attitude

      Pros

      You get a very flexible work. so, you are completely free to prioritize your work. You are allotted the work and its upto to finish it up withing the given stipulated time. No micro management by the higher management. Also, you can do extra work if you are interested. I did get to work on tools and even patents during my free time.

      Cons

      not very much innovative or you wont get to work on cutting edge technologies. Very much suitable for someone who looks to spend much time with his/her family

      No Pros working in Oracle.

      Cons

      they will tell you that they are hiring for development work but after joining the story is completely different. There is no development work for India team it seems, some support or scripting work is development according to them.
