Manageable work pressure is one of the best reason, flexible timings, deadlines oriented , nice starting package, working for market leaders,

Cons

Appraisals are not performance oriented, everybody get similar hike / bonus. promotion take lot of time. Fixed language to work on.

Flexibility, Good technology work, Freedom to think to some extent and easy if office is close to home, otherwise it is a problem.

Cons

No proper appraisal process. HR processes are very weak and not enforced . Too much power with the manager only. Need more structure in the way the company works. Employees are not a real priority.
