      Pros

      Well known company, stable product generally, cash and acquisition, good benefits, they are a laggard but at least doing AI

      Cons

      Entirely too much ego still around the org. NetSuite is no longer 'collegial' having been acquired by Oracle. There are too few women in management positions to affect appropriate collaborations.
