      Pay is really quite good

      Culture is terrible, bad tools, penny wise pound foolish, don’t care about anything except outputting code.

      OK pay. The total comp is good. Some teams are better than others. Maybe for every 10 engineers there is a really helpful person.

      Cons

      People are always busy and it often feels like you're on your own. There's also a micromanager type vibe, depending on the team you're on. Bonus is under extreme scrutiny and many don't get one. On call... No one likes that. ;-)
