- Get to work with some great people - Sick/mental health days are low-key flexible - Benefits on par with other big companies

Cons

- Little to no raises in Operations org unless you get promoted or leave and get rehired. - Constant organizational changes, changes to directs. - Expect to put in a lot of busy work within HCM systems to prove your worth.
