Top notch sales training, room to advance within company, experience working with enterprise customers. Company is constantly looking to promote from within to management or field

Micro-management to an extreme. OTE is over stated in interview and seems misleading. Too many lines of business calling into one account, customers often are frustrated

Cons

Many layers of approval for deals. It is as much work to process the deal internally as it to sell to the customer. Deal theft between field and direct and between sales pillars.
