      Pros

      As an employee, I feel Oracle values people of all ages & ethnic backgrounds. Our technology is solid and in most cases better than our competitors. We have a complete array of solid PaaS Cloud offerings.

      Cons

      Oracle is hard to do business with from a customer's perspective. More to the point, Oracle is respected in the marketplace but we are not loved by our customers. This is Oracle's biggest challenge in our efforts to grow our Cloud business.
