Some managers are good, help in work life balance
Cons
Some managers are managers since they are here since last 10+ years , they have no knowledge they keep asking for reports and work done . They don't understand nothing about technology and quality of work. Once you are you won't get hike for life. Even promotion has 50:50 chance of getting hike in this cycle.
