Pros
I work for the NetSuite business unit at Oracle. There are a lot of opportunities and really talented people to work with. In fact, the people are the very best thing about this company. The culture is helpful and everyone goes out of their way to make new people feel welcome. Lots of employees who were brought on through acquisitions which brings new ideas and perspectives.
Cons
A little bit of attrition after the pandemic ended but I don't think that is unique. Unless you are in a location where there is an Oracle office, you are expected to work remotely. This is awesome for me but I know there are some who really crave the office experience.
