Pros
Work with average people , so you can become hero if you have some normal (not extra ordinary) talent. Work life balance is good. But i think thats the individual perception. If you can manage your work load, you can have good work/life balance in any company.
Cons
No raise No Bonus No stocks Salary is below market average.. (really below.. ) Managers are there just to fill the positions, but not adding any value to the product. They will promote you , but won't give you raise of a dime. And Managers feel proud to say that "In oracle , promotion is not tied to the raise"
