Pros

Very good Work environment. Employee friendly. Good work/Life balance.Ample availability of options to move to different job roles

Cons

Oracle needs to improve in terms of compensation payment, especially to the employees who work for a longer period. Company plitics at many levels should be handled carefully.

Pros

Free access to gym...if you get the time to go there.

Cons

No respect for scheduled time offs. Rather than hire more people, they load you tons of work that had to be done simultaneously and on top of that, attend conference calls at night - without consideration for your family life. Overall, do not bother if you have children.

Pros

Give a sense of campus at HQ. Good benfit like health care, gym.

Cons

All depend upon your immediate manager and his whims. No uniform culture, evaluation etc. If you get a crappy manager you life will suck. Also with IDC,CDC etc one is expected to work in the morning, during work hours and then again late in night. This is by default expected.
