Great Policies Flexibility in working from home Well defined processes US managers are great

Too hierarchical. Not ready to listen different ways of doing things. Always hear "this is how it works here, we can't change. Need to convince top executives". Even for small enhancements create presentations, review it 4 times and then present to your boss. Then 3 more reviews then present it to boss of boss. No authority to take decisions on Product. All controlled by 1 executive. Always Executive centric work culture. Top to bottom everyone are asked to understand the nature of authoritative executive. All are supposed to know mood, behavior, liking and disliking of boss of boss. "He doesn't like that so don't even say the same ever again".
