      - Relaxed work environment - Good initial hiring package (if you negociate for it) - Access to training materials

      Cons

      - Raises / promotions are a thing that are reserved for the 1% at Oracle, and that is something you will see even showcased in some presentations. It is "normal" for you to have the same wage years after, with no raises or adjustments for years. - The company is profit driven, with innovation and employee motivation taking seats in the back
