Pros

Oracle is one of the best companies to work for if work-life balance is a significant concern for you. It offers exceptional flexibility. Employees often complain about not receiving salary increases and claim they will leave the company soon, but they rarely apply to other companies because of the flexibility here.

Cons

Salary increases depend on the organization. Even if your product performs well, do not expect a salary raise, bonus, or RSUs. In the field of app development or within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), you may expect RSU or Bonus but if you were to ask any Oracle Global Business Unit (GBU) employee, they may not even be aware of what RSUs are within Oracle. You may wonder if Oracle provides RSUs at all. This discrimination I don't like at all.

Pros

Stable and friendly environment. Top technologies. Lots of different projects.

Cons

Same as in most part of huge companies in times of market turbulence. Need to be always flexible and ready for changes. Generally, that's not a con but simply a life)
