When you see that something is missing for the company to be more successful you will always find people to support you in bringing that idea to life. Very flexible and open culture. Not rigid where everyone needs to do everything the same way.

Cons

Can be hard to understand the organizational structures sometimes. Long term Sales strategy and sales execution could be improved.
