Pros

They let you do the work as necessary as long as deliverables and deadlines are met. Management rarely interferes with your day-to-day job.

Cons

Small fish in a big pond mentality. You will feel lost in the organization and there's definitely a "club" mentality that prevents those outside the "club" to be actively involved until you are invited into the "club". This makes it difficult for some individuals to shine, despite the talent there.

Pros

They really allow/force you to taker a lot of training, take advantage of it, ride out this economic storm and then move on.

Cons

Monstrously large company, communication from people even 2-3 levels up from you is worthless. I really think they have no idea what it is that we do.
