Pros

I work for OCI, it's the start up culture. Lots of learning and pretty aggressive target. I'm here at the company for about 8 months, already liking the engineering practice and culture. I work for Platform side of OCI division, the collaboration across teams are really amazing and I feel working for best class company.

Cons

Aggressive deadline, sometimes heavy on operations. If you are working on Tier-0 services work-life balance is little hard, management are working on relieving some of the operations work burden. OCI is the growing org, will see lots of changes and improvements during their learning process.
