Pros

Only thing which I can think of that you will be grilled like anything

Cons

You will be treated as slave. Managers are Pathetic in Oracle SSI which is renamed as Oracle Consulting Solution Center. They set unrealistic timelines with enormous work pressure. Please do not get confused with Oracle Products and Oracle Consulting Solution Center. Both are two different entity. Oracle Consulting Solution Center / Oracle SSI is CMMI 2 level entity. Maximum project requires you to work for atleast 12-14 hours in Oracle SSI/Oracle Consulting Solution Center.
