Pros

- Very good work/life balance - Good place to work as long as your work has senior management's attention

Cons

- Not as many opportunities in other groups as claimed when my previous employer was acquired by Oracle - When the work doesn't have senior management's attention, the work is cut, regardless of customer impact

Pros

Good work life balance. In general people are friendly. Most of the people would be working here since the beginning of their careers and they are experts in what they are doing.

Cons

Primitive technology stack especially in fusion families. If you want to explore latest open source technology stacks and keep up to date in the market, then stay a hundred miles away from Oracle (fusion teams especially). You get dragged down into ADF and Jdeveloper combo, which is a black hole and you spend days in debugging what this framework is doing internally. They give a good hike when you join which makes the existing eligible employees depressed as they might not have seen a hike in 3-4 years and they can't move out as they are not prepared as per market standards.
