Pros

Great tech company, allows self-motivated people to work. Knowledge base is tremendous. Long line of products, future direction is good. Movement to other groups/organizations within is promoted.

Cons

Get your salary and bonus upfront! Too many bean counters are starting to run the show, leading to focus on expenses vs innovation and rewarding intelligence.
