Lack of Progression and Payrises - I do often wonder if they gave their non-sales staff a payrise (even if small) every 2/3 years if Oracle would have lower turnover. Surely they spend more on hiring new people at a higher market rate and training them up than giving their current employees a £4/£5k payrises every 3 years?
