Pros

Everything sucks. Every year they expect more of you without a minimum cost of living increase. You get unlimited PTO, but you're expected to be billable 40 hours a week and do lots of non-billable, internal work.

Cons

There is no appreciation for going above and beyond meeting the client requirements.
