Good work life balance (in most of the teams). Good vacation policy OTH has good facilities WFH as much as you want (even before pandemic)

Cons

Can get pretty nasty if you are in a bad team. Too much of work pressure and poor management in Higher Ed division. I wouldn't recommend joining this team. No proper promotion or hike cycle across the company. You never know when you'll get them. Sometimes the hike will be very good, but mostly it will be pretty bad.
