flexible work hours. HQ location.

Cons

working at crazy hours, sometimes meetings at 7.00 am or 11 pm, does not matter your schedule, you have to meet. No real job recognition , the performance appraislsals are just for burocracy you have to bargain for a raise or have a good relation with your manager. Get some job experience and leave, otherwise you will get obsolete with technology as its verty restrictive what you can do. Movements on positions, salaries, bonus are "discrete" , apparently is a way to hide out information on the groups, you never have information about it, if you get some , you are lucky, I really don't like the politics.

A good company to join after college, learn new technologies, flexible working env (depends on the group), good starting salary and perks.

Cons

Lot of hierarchy, slow career growth, minimal salary increment, almost no bonus. No reward for performance.

Adequate technical exposure, Good functional expsure, Good work life balance, Very open culture, Friendly management and colleagues, No tracking of hours logged, swipe-out etc

Cons

Technologies and tools are specific to Oracle, Very less travelling and onsite options, Compensation not on par with comparable companies, Cultural and fun activities needs improvement, Functional knowledge is mostly distributed among employee's brains. Can't work without collaboration with multiple teams, relying on any document as a source of truth. Processes needs improvement
