Health insurance was great. They are fine with a large amount of their workforce working remote.

Cons

Pay was below average. Does not seem to care about rewarding workers. A great place for average talents. They do not want to pay to keep great people around. Both customers and employees felt how awful the acquisition was. Very slow to pay out or even announce bonus plan.

Product Department is excellent in terms of Work-Life Balance and Career Growth. Fun to work with.

Cons

Consulting Division of Oracle is the worst ever, especially the Consulting ERP Support division. No Work-Life-Balance, Biased towards female employees( No Growth towards the female employees ). Hence the Female employee strength in this division is bare minimal.
