A household name, pay, and benefits. And my team was great.

Cons

Not considering the current tech layoffs, it's a thing for Oracle to have RIF (reduction in force) even for people that are doing well and overachieving. Tip - if you do decide to work at Oracle, make sure to network within and outside the company. It's not safe... nowhere is safe but be extra careful here. Good luck!
