Salary is somewhat higher than average.

Cons

Politics and non-technical management. Developers' opinions are generally disregarded, policies are pushed from the top. Very little bonuses for development. All designs are done by product managers (which should be up to development), and developers are left to code. The problem is that product managers are generally MBAs who have no idea about software architecture, and their design breaks very soon. No job growth. Largely mismanaged sales-driven company. Very large developer's turnover.
