Pros

Terrific environment. Employees are constantly challenged to learn new products, technologies, etc. Never a dull moment. Work - life balance is fantastic.

Cons

Not as much opportunity for growth. If you enjoy what you are doing, that is certainly helpful. Most moves within the company are considered 'lateral' and are compensated accordingly.

Pros

A very big company with quite nearly complete IT technology stacks, can extend our technical vision and can have a good base to be hired by other small companies

Cons

Too big, the individual engineer is nothing but just a working machine. The release cycle is too frequent and cannot get a balance on work and life
