I have been at Oracle for over 5 years. The constant changes in field responsibilities and compensation plan has ruined the company. The recents changes of putting entire sales rep teams on a pooled team quota has driven good people away. You no longer get rewarded by individual sales performance. The leadership is not concerned how field sales people are treated or compensated. It went from the best compensation plan for sales people to the worst in the industry.
