Business Outlook
Pros
- Great people and culture - Entry level position with a ton of training to prepare you for a career in sales - The training is actually amazing, very thorough - Good incentives for meeting quota, with great potential for OTE
Cons
- Such a large company, it can feel like higher management doesn't care sometimes - They try to promote a good work/life balance but in reality you hear all the time about how people are working well after hours until like 9pm (typically for the next role after the BDR role though)
