      Pros

      Training sessions where excellent. Constantly learning new technology and techniques. Never a dull moment. Benefits were excellent. Smart people working next to you.

      Cons

      Long hours where at times the team had to work overtime so the Senior VP made his numbers for the quarter. Everyone was not treated equally.

      -Benefits - Access to technologies and training

      Cons

      -No pay increases (been here for 3 years and not a single cost of living adjustment). -Must work extra hours so that group that you work for within the company meets their quarterly revenue forecasts (no extra pay for this by the way). -Scheduled training can be cancelled if revenue projections are falling short for the quarter.

      Pros

      Chance to work with top level talent across the board. Expanded it's portfolio where it is a major player in nearly every vertical, offering full stack of solutions from Applications down to back end systems (Middleware and DB) and now able to offer Sun hardware to run it all!

      Cons

      Salary increases are very hard to come by. Very discouraging to see new hires come in with higher level titles and higher base salaries with little to no experience with Oracle technologies while experienced workers have not received based salary raises for more than a few years.
