      Great people Fun work environment (ping pong/foosball in the kitchen, social areas, etc.) Exceeding quota is well-rewarded Casual dress code Great training and wealth of resources available to employees

      Base pay is way below industry average (20-30% so) High turnover rate Territory mappings are arbitrarily and unfairly drawn When upper management makes mistakes, no one takes responsibility and the employees have to live with the consequences Constant change that, sometimes, doesn't make sense whatsoever Clear violation of FLSA when hourly employees work 10+ hour days and aren't allowed to log overtime

      Excellent Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), Vacation Time, Holidays given. The opportunity to learn new emerging technologies. The Public Sector Sales Consulting Management Team is great!!

      No Raises, I worked at Oracle for over 5 Years and NEVER received a raise.
