      Pros

      Open and frank culture. Corporate invests in maintaining its solid culture of social ethics and mutual respect.

      Cons

      The only reward is "good job" words from top to bottom through management. Oracle doesn't believe in real rewards such as pay increase or moving up the hierarchy in professional growth. Unless you happen to be the 2% of lucky and successful sales who can and do potentially earn more from commissions. You are expected to work 60+ hours per week including odd hours and weekends when needed.

      Within my organization - great people with incredible talent. Good company benefits.

      Cons

      The company does not adequately support the sales teams selling to the federal civilian government. This group is treated as the ugly stepchild. There is no marketing in place and the support for a cloud offering is very low. Certifications to sell cloud were too slow and now the competitors' platforms own the space. Very sad.
