      Pros

      High performing team, good work-life balance, rewarding work, great solution and satisfied customers.

      Cons

      RightNow was purchased by Oracle. Although many of the team have remained, the original team has left. The culture is much different than it was when it was a stand-alone company.

      The training is outstanding, good bonuses, lots of opportunity for learning, decent benefits, strong internal support of peers and colleagues, endless opportunities for travel (if desired)

      Cons

      Sometimes they put the consultants on engagements for which they are not prepared to delivered as much as expected. This stems from the aggressive business development practices. This is quite stressful as the consultants must perform under extreme pressure and deadlines. There is also a constant hiring/firing cycle and layoffs seem very arbitrary. Also, the org. chart was always in flux and it was difficult to figure out which group was responsible for which areas of business.
