      Pros

      Oracle is a great company with a lot of stability. You never have to worry about Oracle being bought out. There are clear titles, roles, and expectations laid out so there are no real surprises or "reorganizations". You are able to put your head down and work hard with little distractions. The benefits package is also one of the best I have ever seen.

      Cons

      Along with being a large company comes tough upward mobility and career potential. Oracle knows it is a world leader and compensation is slightly under industry average. Oracle also does not give raises in sales. You must be promoted to receive a bump in your base. Oracle is very set in it's rules as well so being flexible for customers is difficult at times.
